Wired for Ease
A Full-day Somatic Retreat organised by @silentspots and facilitated by Jurga Bliss
Date: 5 September 2026
Time: 9:30 to 17:30 (lunch break 12:30 to 13:30)
Location: Verbier, Switzerland
Language: English

Join us for a one-day experiential retreat designed to help you understand and transform patterns of stress, dysregulation, and disconnection.
Rooted in neuroscience and somatic practice, this day combines accessible nervous system science together with grounding, practical tools you can take home and use in everyday life.
In this workshop you will:
1. Build a personal map of your nervous system and understand your own patterns of stress and protection better
2. Learn body-based tools to work with fight and flight energy rather than feeling overwhelmed by it
3. Find gentle pathways out of freeze and shutdown
4. Open into states of ease, presence, and genuine connection
6. Practice simple regulation skills you can return to every day
7. Treat yourself with more curiosity and compassion toward the way your body responds under pressure
Whether you often feel wired, exhausted, numb, or just vaguely off, this day offers a supportive and spacious container to reconnect with your body's natural capacity to regulate and return to itself.
No prior experience with somatic work or nervous system theory needed. All bodies and backgrounds welcome.
